Your data

Privacy

Godwin's Law Review is a static website. We do not run user accounts, and we do not ask you to create one. This page explains, in plain terms, what that means for your data.

What we collect

We do not collect personal information from you directly. We do not sell data, because we do not gather it. Like most sites, our host may keep standard server logs (such as the requesting address and page) for security and reliability. If we add simple, privacy respecting analytics in the future, we will describe them here.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply and, where relevant, correct an article. We do not add you to any list.

Links out

We link heavily to primary sources such as court opinions, the U.S. Code, and government agencies. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Questions can go to editor@godwinslaw.org.
